Big weekend in the NFL but Dallas/Minnesota has all the Star Power

Where are all the stars? I gotta admit I'm kind of Hollywood. I'm from LA what do you expect. This weekends playoffs will be filled with stars. However Saturdays NFC matchup will feature some of the brightest Stars in the game today. Its gonna feel almost like a mini all star game. With the Likes of Favre and Peterson for Minnesota and Romo and Demarcus Ware from Dallas. the game itself will have 15 pro- bowlers. Minnesota has the home field advantage and has been rolling thru the league the majority of the year. At Quarterback they have the ageless Brett Favre who is having probably his best season as a pro at 40 yrs old. He is legendary when it comes to playoff performances and is a 2 time Superbowl champion. The Vikings also have the best running back in the game in Adrian Peterson. Young fella is a beast. Its really the only way to describe him. Its extremely hard to tackle him with his size and strength and he has breakaway speed. Most importantly he will punish you for missing. Percy Harvin had an incredible 1st season. Out of Florida, He reminds me of a more efficient Reggie Bush. Harvin is always one big play away. On defense it can get ugly with Jarrett Allen causing havoc on every snap. Allen has 14.5 sacks on the year and will at some point get to the quarterback. He is backed by Chad Greenway and E.J. Henderson. together they have 176 tackles and run a clinic at linebacker.
Their opponent is the Dallas Cowboys "Americas Team". Talk about hot. Dallas is scorching right now. Coming off the destruction of the Eagles for the 3rd time this season Dallas seems to be somewhat of the favorite. They definitely have the weapons to get it done. Romo is having a monster year and winning in Dec. Miles Austin looks like he has stick em in his gloves because he is catching everything this year including the #1 receiver title. The cowboys have a 3 headed monster at running back with Marion Barber, Felix Jones, and Tashard choice. All 3 will rack up yards on you quickly. Tight end Jason Witten may be one of the best in the business and has a knack for big plays. On the other side of the ball Dmarcus Ware has been a unstoppable the last 4 weeks. He leads the team once again in sacks. Bradie James and Michael Jenkins tackle and intercept just about everything that comes their way. Dallas is as complete as it gets.

The Fox Sports Network is going to be all smiles come Sunday because the stars will be out in full effect. It will be a great weekend in football but the Dallas/Minnesota game is the one that people really want to see. Rarely do I get excited about football but this is one I'm kind of looking forward to. Anytime a championship is on the line you know guys are going be at their best. Its win or go home. I guess i have to make a pick. I got Dallas by 3. you heard it here 1st.
